Intended Learners

The conference is open to licensed professionals, master's level or higher, in health or mental health-related fields, including Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical and Counseling Psychologists, Psychiatric Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Counselors.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by North American Center for Continuing Medical Education (NACCME) and the Milton H. Erickson Foundation. NACCME is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Physicians 

This activity has been approved to offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Nurses

This continuing nursing education activity has been approved to offer continuing contact hours for nurse professionals. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #13255

Psychologists 

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, North American Center for Continuing Medical Education, LLC (NACCME) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NACCME maintains responsibility for this program and its content. Variable credit for partial attendance may not be awarded. Full attendance is required for all CE activities. 

Social Workers

As a Jointly Accredited Provider, NACCME is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. NACCME maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this course receive Advanced continuing education credits.

Counselors

Marriage and Family Counselors

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, North American Center for Continuing Medical Education, LLC (NACCME) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The APA pre-approves New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Washington D.C., for Marriage and Family Therapy credit.

FL MFT: NACCME is approved by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling as a provider of continuing education (CE Provider #: 20-623765).                                                                                                                

NACCME will also be applying for pre-approval from the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists and New York State Board for Mental Health Practitioners        

Requirements for Credit

To be eligible for documentation of credit for each session attended, participants must participate in the full activity and complete the online general survey and the online evaluation form for each session by within 60 days of the live activity. Once completed, participants may immediately print their documentation of credit.
